Daniel Olivander: You are sailing the ocean with your hearty crew on your ship, the... what was it again?
Olaf Braummeister: You are sailing the ocean with your somewhat tired and uneducated crew on your ship, the... how can you forget? What is your ship even called?
Chevy Lond: You are sailing the ocean with your hearty crew on your ship, the... what was the name of this darn thing again?

Chevy Lond: Ah yes, the S.S. Y'know! How could you ever forget? Anyways, your ship is sailing the mighty seas and your crew is doing their duties to keep it on the correct course to your destination. A strange old man had given you a treasure map in the last port city. Normally, that would seem very suspicious, but the old man was very persuasive. Currently, the seas are pretty rough, but your ship can handle it, as long as your crew stays on task. What do you do?
Daniel Olivander: Ah yes, the S.S. Gangplank! A fine name for a finer vessel! Look at the treasure map. I have a feeling - and I couldn't tell you why - but I think it'll lead me to booty.

Chevy Lond: You look down at the tattered map, and it is a complicated sea chart. The destination does not seem to be an island, or at least one that is known to any cartographers. You believe that your ship is only a few days out, at the most. Suddenly, your deckhand runs up to you and says that he sees a ship off the starboard side. You look to see that their flag does not resemble any symbol you've seen before. What do you do?

Order my crew to head to the nearest port and take a gander at that map on the way.

Get my men aboard prepared for anything. We don't know if this foreign ship be a danger, or a friend. However, we should continue to sail towards the nearest port to get supplies for travel. Unless we already have supplies and I just didn't know. If we already have supplies, ignore the ship and sail for treasure island or whatever.

Daniel Olivander: You look down at your map and decide that going to this island head-on without some planning is foolish. The nearest port city is Forktown, but that will be about a day's journey. As your ship turns around, you notice another vessel off in the distance. You wonder who that could be. What do you do?
Chevy Lond: You tell your men to be prepared for the worst. You have a decent amount of supplies, but decide turning back is a good option. You head to Forktown, which will be a day's travels. The ship approaches closer and closer. What do you do?

Head to Forktown. I want to learn more about that map. Besides, that ship could be of the crown, and I don't want to get into any scuffles.

Daniel Olivander: Yes, avoiding any of King Frumplebluff's ships would be highly advisable. You turn to head to Forktown, but the ship you spied earlier grows closer. It's incredibly fast, possibly the fastest ship you have ever seen. You will not make it back to Forktown before this ship catches up with you. What do you do?
